Especially in terms of frequency response and noise floor, I am excited to say we have accomplished our goal. We\u2019re very proud of this microphone, on its prototype journey through 2018\/19 it has impressed industry peers from North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. All of us at Burg are thrilled it\u2019s finally available to the recording community. The amplifier of the M1 condenser microphone has an extremely linear frequency response. Only the range below 30Hz and over 20Khz is slightly reduced. The linear amplifier, along with the German made capsule and the newly designed capsule basket, is what give the M1 its wonderfully textured sound.<\/p>\n
Every aspect of the M1 from its technical capabilities to its form and detail has been a labour of love and passion. The M1 has been designed and built to last a lifetime.<\/p>\n
The M1 prototype spent 2018 touring the globe and featured at pro audio conventions and studio demos in Germany, Italy and most recently NAMM in the USA . The M1 has been reviewed with acclaim from engineers at LA\u2019s Fox Studios, Seattle\u2019s London Bridge Studios and Eldorado Studios in Burbank. 2019 will see the Burg M1 continue to appear at conventions and studio demonstrations in Europe, Australasia, and North America.<\/p>\n
The M1 will appear at Musikmesse 2019 (Hall 8 Booth J50), in Frankfurt. We\u2019re very pleased this coincides with our exciting announcement.<\/p>\n
